3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, event date, time, and location. A minimum booking spend of $500 is required. Prices are as follows: Adults $50, Kids $30. Buffet options are available for parties with 30+ guests. Travel fees of $50 per vehicle apply for locations under 50 miles.

Payment must be made in accordance with our payment terms, as specified during the booking process. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our website. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received in a timely manner.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be communicated to you upon cancellation.

5. Service Delivery

We will provide our services at the agreed-upon date, time, and location. We will make every effort to arrive on time and deliver our services to the highest standards. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Please note that we do not provide tables or chairs. You are responsible for providing these items for your event.
